Five Eyes Maritime Domain Awareness Partnership

The Five Eyes (FVEY) Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Partnership enhances whole-of-governments maritime intelligence and information sharing to build and reinforce cross-departmental, multinational collaboration to improve collective maritime security. The partnership has two main venues: the FVEY MDA Partnership Steering Group, which conducts monthly virtual meetings, and the annual FVEY MDA Stakeholders Forum, which is a whole-of-governments gathering that includes intelligence, military, and law enforcement representatives and at which senior Five Eyes decisionmakers provide strategic guidance.

The mission of the National Maritime Intelligence-Integration Office (NMIO) is to advance maritime intelligence integration, information sharing, and domain awareness to foster unity of effort to protect the United States and its global interests, its allies, and its partners against threats to, in, or emanating from the global maritime domain.
